Whether you receive treatment on the day of your consultation depends on the outcome of your full facial assessment/consult. You will have a consult with our Registered Nurse at KP Cosmetics, followed by a consultation with one of our doctors. If everything goes well and you, our nurse and doctor are happy to proceed, we can carry out the treatment during the same visit.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to an emergency, we will be happy to offer a full refund of your booking deposit, depending on the circumstances. We always aim to be understanding and flexible, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you're in an unexpected situation.
